The casual me: I love life, laughter, herbs, essential oils, spirituality and everything personal growth.  On an average day, you can find me sipping my veerrry creamy coffee, loving up on cats and working at a local animal rescue. In my spare time, I enjoy writing, and creating delicious and healthy keto vegan & vegetarian recipes.
